3 Groups running 20 minute sessions from 8am to 5pm.
Group A - Advanced - For experienced track riders only. Blistering pace and close passing.
Group B - Intermediate - Quick paced group for those with previous track experience. Passing is allowed on either side with a 5' safety zone.
Group C - All first time track riders and those with less track experience. Moderate pace, passing only allowed on the outside with a 5' safety zone.
